DEALER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

1. Dealer agrees to remain set up during all open hours of the show. NO EARLY BREAKDOWN IS ALLOWED!

2. Dealer agrees not to move tables or place anything in front of/or beside tables. (aisle distance has been exactly measured to fire marshal regulations)

3. Dealer must use blue painters tape if they plan to display any items on the wall. No tacks! Any damage to the building by a dealer is the sole responsibility of the dealer.

4. No dealer may block or interfere with any neighboring exhibit.

5. No smoking or alcohol is permitted in the exhibit hall at any time.

6. Dealer understands the payment policy and agrees to pay the fees as listed on dealer table request form. No tables are guaranteed until payment is received in full. Checks with insufficient funds will be charged $25.00.

7. No refunds for tables. No roll over payments.

8. Sharing of tables is not allowed without the express written consent of show promoter. In cases of more than one dealer sharing one table; the person whose name appears on this contract assumes full responsibility for the table(s).

9. Dealers accept full responsibility for loss and / or injury to themselves, their family, their staff and their property while attending the show. Dealers expressly release the show promoter from all liability.

10. Any dealer inappropriate behavior / conduct / language (at show promoters discretion) may result in ejection from show.

11. Show promoter reserves the right to revoke or refuse any application or to deny access to or remove dealers from the show at any time prior to or during the event.

12. Dealer agrees to comply with all municipal, state and federal requirements in connection with sales.

13. In addition to these rules dealer is also aware of dealer setup rules and agrees to follow said rules.

14. The foregoing represents the agreement between the undersigned dealer and the show promoter.
